Shipping
Free Shipping Across Canada on orders over $150 CAD.
Orders are shipped by ground within 2 to 10 business days from the purchase date.
Typical delivery time within Canada (outside our local area) is 4 to 10 business days.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Shipping outside of Canada may be subject to additional shipping fees, where available.
Oversized Shipments
Please note that larger items such as solid paddle boards may take longer to ship due to their size and the limited number of courier services that can handle oversized freight. We appreciate your patience with these shipments.
You will receive a tracking number at the email address you provide at checkout once your item has shipped.
Please note: We are unable to change the shipping address or cancel orders once they have been placed.
International Shipping (Outside of Canada)
While we offer international shipping to select destinations, it’s important to note:
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or tariffs charged by their country's customs authorities.
These charges are not included in your order total and are not collected or controlled by Rove Board Co.
If you refuse delivery due to customs, taxes, or tariff fees, and the order is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs we incurred to send your order.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package carefully before signing for delivery.
If the packaging appears damaged, inspect the product before signing.
If the item is damaged, do not sign for it. Take photos and reject the package.
Once signed for, the liability for filing a damage claim with the carrier falls to the customer.
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving any damaged or defective item at info@roveboardco.com.
Returns
Returns are accepted for new, unused products within 15 days of receipt.
To start a return, please email us at info@roveboardco.com for authorization.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original components.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns received after 15 days may be accepted with a 10% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns on used items, demo boards, or sale samples.
If a product was shipped for free and is later returned, the original shipping cost we paid to the courier will be deducted from your refund, especially in cases of refused international shipments.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Once issued, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
If you do not see the refund after 10 business days:
Contact your credit card provider.

Please note:
Gift cards and decals are non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued as money back or store credit, depending on the situation.
