Free Shipping Across Canada on orders over $150.
In stock products ship by ground within 2 to 10 business days from the purchase date. Typical shipping
times outside our local delivery area within Canada is approximately 4 to 10 business days. 
Shipping elsewhere will be subject to shipping fees if available. All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Some
exceptions apply outside of our courier’s regular service areas and will be subject to shipping fees.
You will be provided with a tracking number at the email address you have provided once your item has
Shipping Damage
Always inspect your items before signing. If the packaging is damaged, inspect the product thoroughly
before signing. If the product arrives damaged, do not sign for it. Take pictures to document the damage,
reject the package and have it returned to the sender. If you sign for the product, the liability falls on the
purchaser to file a claim with the shipping company. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt for any damage or defect claims. 

Returns are accepted for purchase of new products within 15 days of receipt. Customer must have
authorization to return goods, and item must be unused and in its original packaging. Purchaser is
responsible for shipping fees for all returns. Returns are not accepted on demo boards, sales samples or
used products. If a product is being returned after the 15 day grace period, a 10% restocking fee is required
to complete the return process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping
will be deducted from your refund.

All money back refunds will automatically go back to the account used to purchase. If you have received a
refund confirmation email but not yet seen your refund go through, please make sure you have waited at
least 10 business days. If you have still not seen your refund after 10 business days, please contact your
credit card company, it can take longer for some credit card companies than others. If there is still no
